A royal visit

A royal visit – Crown Prince Felipe of Spain and his wife Letizia visited Hamburg for the inauguration of Germany’s fifth Instituto Cervantes, which is located at the Chilehaus. The cultural institute already has a presence in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and Bremen. It promotes the Spanish language and culture by offering language courses and more. The institute has been a tenant at the Chilehaus for some time now but the official inauguration was deferred until the royal visit. Due to other commitments, the ceremony took place only recently.
